Ms. Cerin Yip is a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong and England and Wales. She is currently the Legal Counsel with the Alibaba Group in Hong Kong. Before joining Alibaba, she worked in international law firms and investment banks, specializing in corporate finance transactions and general corporate matters.
Cerin is devoted to community service. She is currently a member of the In-House Lawyers Committee and a sub-committee member of the Community Relations Committee, the Law Society of Hong Kong.
Cerin holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration and a bachelor degree in Law from the University of Hong Kong. She was an exchange student at the University of California, Los Angeles and the University of British Columbia.

葉雅婷是香港、英格蘭及威爾斯的合資格律師。她目前為阿里巴巴集團駐香港的資深法律顧問。在加入阿里巴巴之前，她曾任職於國際律師事務所和投資銀行，專門從事企業融資交易、投資和一般公司事務。
葉雅婷熱心社會公益事務，她目前擔任香港律師會企業律師委員會委員及為香港多家非政府組織提供法律意見。
