Francis is currently in an HR leadership position with Esquel, a global textile and apparel manufacturer, with a vertically-integrated supply chain and over 55000 employees worldwide. Prior to this role, Francis specialized in Human Resources technology and consulting, and focused on helping regional and global organizations improve employee and organizational performance through Talent Management solutions. Earlier in his career, Francis had been active in the software industry and taken on roles in software development, project management, product management, and consulting, in the US Silicon Valley and Asia-Pacific.
Francis received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley. He also holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and an MSc in Strategic Human Resources Management from the Hong Kong Baptist University.

陳寧現於溢達集團任職集團人力資源項目總監。他有十多年的人力資源管理經驗，專門協助環球和地區性的企業以適切的人才管理方案提高員工和機構的效率。他大學畢業後在電腦軟件行業內發展，早年在美國矽谷和亞太區擔任過軟件開發、項目管理、產品管理及顧問等工作。
